The load bearing wall of all international diplomacy is that if an enemy alliance forms against you that is too big to defeat - sow dissent among it until it is fractured and then make overt or covert common cause with a big enough former chunk of it to end up with the bigger alliance.
As incomprehensibly stupid as the Democrat Party is in the international arena these Children of the Rebellious Confederacy can still manage something as simple as this diplomatic stratagem as long as they stick to doing it within their own country.
A move is afoot within the Democrat Party to foment a ‘Third Party Split’ within the Republican Party. A move to split the gullible away form the Party of Abraham Lincoln and turn them into unwitting Democrat Fellow Travelers. Its rallying cry is the utter nonsense that ‘There is really no difference between the two major parties.’ Talk radio is already full of callers spouting this nonsense.
The only way the Democrat Party can survive its past four years of earth shattering incompetence over the next four years of elections is by getting enough self identified ‘Conservative First, Republican Second’ voters to split off from the Party of Ronald Reagan to deliver the still united Democrat Party plurality electoral victories where a Democrat majority win is rapidly becoming impossible.
If there is no difference between the Democrat Party and the Republican Party name one Democrat comparable to Kentucky Republican Senator Jim Bunning.
