It’s Still Gonna Be An ACORN Christmas!
‘Justice Department Says ACORN Can Be Paid’
By Charlie Savage for The New York Times.
For serVICES rendered …
One begins to wonder if Generalissimo Holder, who was unfamiliar with precedents when grilled by Lindsey Graham about trying Al Qaeda in civilian court, even knows what a precedent is.
Contracts that were signed before ACORN was exposed as a criminal organization are still valid AFTER ACORN’S BEEN EXPOSED AS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION because they hadn’t been exposed yet when the contracts were signed?
Did we sign any contracts with Al Qaeda when they were fighting the Russians in Afghanistan and would we still pay them off now?
(So as not to hurt the hard working good people in that organization?)

Holder and Obama, our two premier legal minds, gave this a lot of thought. I’m surprised Obama didn’t give a prime time speech on his decision.
