Hezbollah To The Left Of Me - Hezbollah To The Right
Slain Hezbollah soldiers are reported to be turning up in Yemen meaning that Iran ain’t just playing for control of the Suez Canal over there but are likely doing a Saddam II replay of a move on Saudi Arabia’s oil fields.
‘Yemen On The Brink’
By Stephen Brown in Front Page Magazine.
But then again if you Google ‘Hezbollah Mexico’ or Hezbollah Venezuela you realize that that ain’t the whole of it.
How’s that chat coming along Mr. President?

Now if it were not for Israel I would be worried.
All these AQ wannabe types have grown stronger and bolder after the US raised the white flag in last years election. Joe Biden predicted obama was going to be tested, funny thing is I do not think they even realise just how many times they have been tested.
You are right AD .. Just how are those cosy chats coming along !!

Serious questions for the braintrust here:
1) So withdrawing from KSA (Kingdom of Saudia Arabia) as bin Laden demanded is a show of strength?
2) Paying billions to Pakistan’s ISI is a show of strength because you believe that the ISI has nothing to do with AQ?
3) Airlifting thousands of AQ fighters out of Kunduz was a show of strength?
4) Borrowing $1 trillion to fight a war that has turned Basra over to the Iranians is a show of strength?
5) Off topic, how do you justify Liz Cheney twice getting jobs at the US Dept of State.
BTW, the stock GOP answers to these questions are:
1) Yes, the KSA asked us to leave so we did. It was only a coincidence that they asked to leave after seeing the Bush/Cheney performance in office for three years.
2) Pakistan is our key ally in the war on terror. Only liberals believe that Mullah Omar and Osam bin Laden are in Pakistan. There good Islamofascists and bad Islamofascists. The Pakistanis are good Islamofascists. They believe in school vouchers, low taxes, pro prayer in school and strict constructionists on the US Constitution. That thousands of Indians have tied in terror attacks planned/funded by the Paksitani Government is not our fault. These things happen.Besides the Pakistani Govt.has denied any involement. We have to take them at their word. Why would they lie? We only fund the ISI that fights AQ. There is another ISI that plans terror attacks on civilians. That ISI gets none of our money.
3) Yes, we did not airlift any bad people out of Kunduz. We only airlifted the good Islamofascists who fought the Russians. We did not airlift any AQ killers. That is a lie spread by Deranged Bush Haters.
4) $1 trillion is nothing to get rid of a tyrant who had WMD ready to launch at us in moment’s notice. Only pro-Saddam people question the war in Iraq. We won that war in record time. Iraq is on its way to become a functioning democracy. According to Rush Limbaugh, Glen Beck and the WSJ (three absoultey neutral sources), the Iranian Shia are different from the Basra Shia so Iran has no control over Basra. Besides, if Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns hadn’t made all those loans to the People Oppressed by the Democrat Bull Connor on the orders of Jimmy Carter, we wouldn’t be in this mess.
5) Unlike the Plame Traitor, Liz Cheney has long record of expertise in foreign relations. Like her father, she is patriotic American. Only liberals question that appointment.

Duh - not only are we still in Saudi Arabia but the Kingdom even granted overflight permission to Israel to take out Iran.
Liz Cheney is smart her critics are stupid. Reason enough for me.
The ISI thought that they could start a forest fire that only burned in one direction. I’ve enjoyed their rather steep learning curve on that one as much as the next New Yorker.
What’s fascinating about the fighting in Yemen is that the Saudi rep for years has been that when the going gets tough they let the U.S. do the fighting. Not this time.
