Although I have been unable to confirm it from her own website Betsy McCaughey says that the copy of the Senate health care bill that she obtained and is being voted on tonight is marked as AN AMMENDENT TO THE HOUSE HEALTH CARE BILL - NOT AS A SENATE BILL!
Some kind of Harry Reid parliamentary end run chicanery is afoot.
