The Wrath of Khan

The incessant hand wringing by America’s so-called thinking class over the so-called signs of instability in Pakistan caused by Al Qaeda/The Taliban’s ability to infiltrate and attack Pakistan’s High Command completely misses the important points about the attack.

Attacking the Pakistani high command in Rawalpindi was the equivalent of hitting their Pentagon with an airplane. For Pakistan’s military this was their September 11th.

Not only must the Taliban be suicidally desperate to have goaded rather than intimidated the sixth largest (and all volunteer!) army on earth into action - And what a surprise! Pakistan’s attack on Waziristan is already underway ONE DAY LATER.

But more importantly - With no Walter Singhkrite in Pakistan to tell the Pakistan people that they’ve already lost –THIS ATTACK MEANS THAT PAKISTAN IS WINNING.

All this attack accomplished is this. It guarantees that if President Obama turns tail and flees Afghanistan – Pakistan will invade it.

Whether anyone wants to believe it or not in America – the United States is fighting in Afghanistan for Afghani sovereignty. Which is gonna be a useless luxury for neighboring Pakistan if the U.S. pulls out.

  1. Alexander Dale Says:

Does President Obama even know the name of the President of Pakistan? He didn’t during the election - he referred to President Musharraf A YEAR AFTER HE’D STEPPED DOWN.

I don’t think Pakistan is forcing our President to do anything. I think that’s the kind of stuff he delegates out to his brie hugging intellectuals bi-czars - AND THEN DOESN’T THINK ABOUT AT ALL HIMSELF.
