Sarah Palin has had to answer all of her ethics charges in Alaska – baseless or not. Why the double standard regarding the President of the United States?

At some point this is not a question of choice – it is a Constitutional Requirement on par with the prerequisite of actually winning the Presidential Election prior to assuming office.

The increasingly tiresome Democrat talking point regarding the total lack of proof regarding the actual place of Barack Obama’s birth is that there’s no way that an interracial couple in 1961 would have had the prescience to have faked the birthplace of an African American child in order to allow him to win the American Presidency in 2008.

That’s all very nice but America’s massive overhaul of its Immigration Law didn’t happen until 1965. Is it all that farfetched to imagine multi-national parents engaging in birth record hijinks in order to make sure the child (and father) had easier access to life in America?
